Banana Porridge with Acai Jam

Ingredients:
Porridge:
1 ripe banana 
100ml soy milk
30g almond meal 
2 tbs desiccated coconut 
1 tbs chia seeds 
1 tbs cacao powder

Acai Bowls

Acai berries contain antioxidants, fibre and heart-healthy fats, whilst chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories. This bowl makes for the perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon snack to fill you up with all the goodness you need for the day. It also takes around 10 minutes to make, so no excuses for the breakfast skippers!

There’s nothing more satisfying than making your own chocolate, trust us haha! The textures, the smells, the mellifluence. It can be as easy or as difficult as you like, but it is best to start off with the basics. This is so crazily simple; you’ll be astounded by the results! You do need a good blender and a tiny bit of prep work, but it is all worth it. And what is more, with no sugar or dairy in sight, it’s good for breakfast as well as pudding, just switch the toppings . We like it topped with our chocolate sauce and raw chocolate mulberries.

Chocolate Energy Balls

These high protein, sugar free energy balls are a great, clean way to get you though the day. And if you coat some of them in Matcha like us, then they can give you a great pick up too. We’ve also rolled ours in sesame seeds, coconut and cacao powder. You can try all sorts of other coatings – Raw Chocolate Mulberry chips, hemp seeds, crushed nuts or even melted chocolate.

Raw Chocolate Sauce

There are a million recipes that can be improved by a little chocolate sauce! Top your nice cream, your porridge or your smoothie bowl…use it for dipping fruit or for painting on your favourite person. This is a really basic recipe and once you have mastered it you can play around with adding extra flavours like vanilla, rose, orange, mint or spices. The difficult part is making enough.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

400ml almond milk 
100g frozen berries of choice 
1 tsp agave (or other liquid sweetener)
