Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Raw Chocolate Brownies from the Raw Chocolate Company

vegan | can be gluten free

 

These are the closest we’ve tasted to regular brownies. Gooey and super chocolatey. If you don’t like them intensely chocolatey you can knock back the cacao by 25%

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups flour of choice

2 cups coconut sugar

1 cup cacao powder

Pinch salt

1 tsp cinnamon

3 mashed bananas

¼ cup milk of choice

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup raw chocolate mulberry chips (or any of the raw chocolate snacks)

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200oC

Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly

Stick all the wet ingredients into a blender…blend

Add wet to dry and mix thoroughly

Fold in raw chocolate mulberry chips

Put in greased, lined baking tray

Cook for approx 20-25 mins, skewer should come out slightly gooey

Leave to cool slightly in the tray, cut and pop on a cooling rack
