Raw Chocolate Truffles

Vegan | Raw | Gluten Free | Refined Sugar Free

These don't really need much of an introduction. They are silky and chocolatey and truffles, but raw and far better for you. Your problem now is going to be limiting your consumption and working out what to coat them with. Oh and if you can actually share them :)

Ingredients:
100g cashews 
60g maple syrup 
40g cacao butter
1 tbs cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder 

Directions:
Melt cacao butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Add it to a blender/food processor together with the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth
Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 15 minutes
Take the mixture out and shape into 10 small balls
Optional: roll in toasted coconut, cacao powder and vanilla powder
