Raw Chocolate Mousse

vegan | gluten-free | raw | refined sugar free
 
Unlike traditional mousse, this is super easy to make. So much so you’ll wonder why you’ve never done it like this before. The only real stumbling blocks are making sure you have a good high speed blender and that the avocados are perfectly ripe ;)
 
After chilling (the mousse and yourself) top with your favourite chocolate combos – Raw Chocolate Mulberry Chips, shaved Vanoffe Dark, Raspberries, Goji Berries or even a few chilli flakes. 
 
 
Ingredients:
 
Serves 2 (or 1 if you’ve had a bad day)
 
• 1 ripe Avocado
• 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
• 4 Dates (pref Medjool)
• 3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
• ½ tsp Vanilla
• Pinch Salt
 
Method:
 
1. Pre-grind the coconut sugar until it is a fine powder. 
2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and whizz until smooth
3. Scrape out every last morsel into pots and chill overnight
4. Top with amazing things and enjoy
