Raw Chocolate Christmas Cake

This is a bit decadent, but hey, it's Christmas!

Recipe:
3 bars Vanoffee 44g; 2 bars Pitch Dark 44g; 1 Bar Goji and Orange 44g
75g Virgin Cacao Butter
75g Maple Syrup
25g Coconut Oil
a handful each of: dried cranberries, dried sour cherries, Mulberries, soaked cashews, soaked and peeled Sweet Apricot Kernals, Raw Choc Gojis, Raw Choc Mulberries, Cacao Nibs
Pinch Cinnamon

... How:
Gently melt all the chocolate over a steaming bowl of water.
Melt the Cacao butter, Coconut oil and Maple Syrup together similarly but separate.
Combine.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a mold of your choice lined with grease-proof paper. Pop a few extra berries + nuts on the top for decoration. Chill overnight in the fridge.

Makes about 16 portions.
