Protein Goji Bars

Vegan | Gluten Free | Refined Sugar Free

These decadent bars pack a protein punch :) There are much worse ways to get your recovery sorted...


For the bars:
110g nut butter 
30g maple syrup 
30g oats
25g desiccated coconut
15g Hemp Protein Powder
10g Chia Seeds
10g Cacao Nibs

For the topping:
9 chunks of Goji & Orange chocolate
Goji  Berries 
Desiccated coconut

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Add mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and let it chill in the fridge.
Melt chocolate in a saucepan or microwave.
Pour on top of the bars and sprinkle over some goji berries and desiccated coconut.
Let the chocolate harden before cutting into bars
