Marbled Chocolate Mulberry Bars

This is a combination of your own chocolate and our Vanoffee. Or you can cheat and just use Pitch Dark (you'll need about 4 bars) and not bother with making your own chocolate :)

You'll need: 
100g cacao butter 
5 tbsp cacao powder 
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tablespoons of raw chocolate mulberry chips 
1 x 44g Vanoffee (to marble with your homemade chocolate)
3 tablespoons of hazelnuts, crushed 

Step 1: Add your cacao butter to your saucepan and melt very gently over a low heat. If it gets too hot, remove from the heat occasionally. Once melted, add in your cacao powder, coconut sugar and whisk until smooth. Allow to cool slightly. 

Step 2: Use a teaspoon to evenly pour a little chocolate into the moulds alternating with your Vanoffee to create a marbled effect and place the moulds into the fridge for a couple of minutes to firm up. 

Step 3: In another small pan, heat up your hazelnuts until their aroma starts wafting, this should take no more than a couple of minutes. After the time has passed, sprinkle your crushed and roasted hazelnuts into your moulds along with your raw chocolate mulberry chips. Refrigerate the chocolate for a few hours until firm and enjoy!
