Goji Chia Granola

Vegan | Gluten Free | Refined Sugar Free

It's nice to have a little chocolate for breakfast, but most people draw the line at a full bar ;) Here's a great granola recipe with just the right amount of chocolate in. 

Ingredients: 
200g oats 
125g maple syrup
40g chia seeds
10g cacao powder
75g dried cranberries 
75g chocolate goji berries

Instructions:
Mix oats, maple syrup, chia seeds and cacao powder in a bowl
Transfer mix to a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 180oC
Let the granola cool for 10 minutes before breaking into smaller pieces
Add cranberries and chocolate goji berries
Keep granola in an airtight container
