Goji Berry Blondies

Vegan | Refined Sugar Free

We're usually much more of the brownie persuasion, but this recipe by our good friend Caroline has turned us :)

Ingredients: 

Dry: 
70g plain flour 
70g wholewheat flour 
1tsp baking powder 
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt 

Wet: 
100g nut butter 
100g coconut sugar 
150ml milk of choice 

Add ins: 
30g goji berries 
30g raw chocolate mulberry chips 

Instructions:
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Add all wet ingredients to a separate bowl and mix well to combine.
Add wet mixture to the dry mix. Stir well.
Fold in gojiberries and mulberry chips.
Pour mixture into a baking pan and bake for 35 minutes at 175c.
Let it cool for 20 minutes before slicing into 9 pieces. 
Top with powdered sugar
