Coconut Banana Smoothie Bowl

This is the perfect breakfast treat for these hot summer days!

Try making this in advance and freezing in portions for as and when you need it.

I'd recommend freezing your fruit in advance to help make your smoothie bowl even more cool and refreshing.


Ingredients (makes 1 bowl)
50ml coconut water
100g strawberries (frozen if you have them)
1 banana
Juice 1 lime
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp seeds to decorate
2 tbsp raw chocolate mulberries
3 tbsp coconut chips


Place all your ingredients, apart from the seeds, mulberries and chips, in a food processor or Nutribullet and whizz.

Place into a bowl and decorate the top with your remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
