Chocolate Marzipan Bites

Vegan | Gluten Free

This stunningly simple recipe will be a great gift for your loved ones, that is if any make it out of the kitchen! 

Ingredients:
200g Marzipan
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
2 bars Vanoffee Dark

Instructions:
Divide the marzipan into three equal parts.
Roll two sections into 10x10cm squares. 
Add 1 tbsp cacao powder to the last section. Incorporate the cacao powder well and roll it into a square 10x10 square also.
Place the chocolate marzipan on top of one of the other marzipan squares.
Place the last marzipan square on top of the chocolate marzipan.
Cut the marzipan into squares and triangles. 
Melt the Vanoffee Dark
Dip the marzipan either half or wholly in the melted chocolate. 
Let the chocolate harden before enjoying.
