Chocolate Chia Energy Bites

These are super easy to make and will keep you going all morning :)


  • 8 dates
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 30g ground almonds (+ extra for coating)
  • 50g oats
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice

Place dates in a blender with a little hot water (this helps get them going).

When the date paste is made, add all the other ingredients.

Form into balls and roll in ground almonds.

Refrigerate for an hour to firm up.
