Blackforest Smoothie

Black Forest cake in a smoothie :) Yes please...

Ingredients:

  • Handful frozen cherries
  • 20g cacao powder
  • 300ml Almond Milk
  • 50g oats
  • 20g chia seeds
  • Dash almond essence
  • Few dates for extra sweetness if you need it 

Pre-soak the chia seeds for 10 mins so they form a gel. 

Add all ingredients apart from dates to a blender and blend until smooth.

Taste, add dates if not sweet enough.
