Banana Porridge with Acai Jam

Vegan | Gluten Free | Refined Sugar Free

Two recipes for the price of one here! And both so simple, you'll wonder why your porridge wasn't ever thus! Enjoy :)

Ingredients:
Porridge:
1 ripe banana 
100ml soy milk
30g almond meal 
2 tbs desiccated coconut 
1 tbs chia seeds 
1 tbs cacao powder

Instructions:
Add ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend till smooth.
Heat in a saucepan or in the microwave. 
Pour porridge into a bowl

Acai Jam:
100ml blueberries
1 tbs acai powder 
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp agave/maple syrup 
A few tbs water or soy milk

Instructions:
Add ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend till smooth. 
Heat in a saucepan or in the microwave.
Add a few dollops of jam to the porridge.
