Acai Bowls

Vegan | Gluten Free | Sugar Free
Acai berries contain antioxidants, fibre and heart-healthy fats, whilst chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories. This bowl makes for the perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon snack to fill you up with all the goodness you need for the day. It also takes around 10 minutes to make, so no excuses for the breakfast skippers!
For the bowl:
• 2 tbsp Acai Powder
• Handful of frozen raspberries
• 150ml of nut milk
To top:
• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
• Handful of granola 
• Ground nuts
• Blend all the bowl ingredients until you get a thick consistency (add more milk if needed).
• Add your toppings.
• Serve and enjoy!
