Derived,
a little surprisingly, from the birch tree, wholly natural Xylitol
offers all the sweetness of common sugar with 40% fewer calories.
With a low GI, Xylitol is considered suitable for diabetics and
hypoglycaemics and has also been given a thumbs up by dentists for
